Thanks for posting..

Progressive dialing is what i refer to as 'Preview Dialing', which is where the agent
gets a chance to review the record and decide if they want it dialed, or just disposition
and move on to another.

The released 'puff' versions do not have the code to back the feature.

The feature does work in another code tree i have been working on, but is not able
to be merged due to the thousands of modifications.

I do hope to have a release (most likely another branch) for the newer code (after it is cleaned up).
So keep checking back the next month or two.

outtolunc, I mean when he says progresive he means equal agents = lines.
If I wanna dial a list one by one can I use mode progresive not predictive. If I have 5 lines just can I use 5 agents one line by one agent.

I think it is progresive or at least that is I handled as progresive it seems so close what you said.

This way can be handled by Gnudialer?

just set the maxratio to 1, and set the maxlines = agent (or greater) and
set the dialing mode to oldpower.  that will only dial another line when the
agent is 'available' (vice dialable/etc/).

Auto, cares nothing about agents.  It takes # of maxlines / maxratio and dials as
if that many agents are 'dialable'. (regardless if any are logged in or not)

hey thanks for  reply....
i already did that  ... i got 2 agents an i set up 2 maxlines .... but i seee in the log
he is dialing even if my agents are l busy.... its trying to do predictive, dont know why

all i want to do is that when my agent got  avaliable  gnu starts to work the next record from the database.

just set the maxratio to 1, and set the maxlines = agent (or greater) and
set the dialing mode to oldpower.  that will only dial another line when the

Then just set the maxratio to 1, and dialing mode to oldpower.
